ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?


While our products are not officially certified organic, we do purchase our ingredients from a variety of certified organic, non-GMO, sustainable, & humane suppliers locally, & from around the world.

We also purchase from small, family owned companies, whenever possible. There are loose standards in the U.S., when it comes to "organic" products, so we have chosen to go beyond that standard & worry more about where we source from, ingredient purity, & how we make our products, than whether or not they're certified by the U.S. government's standards - that don't always meet OUR high quality of standards.

We are VERY picky about choosing pure ingredients, that are not only earth friendly, but people friendly as well. Our mission is to help heal the people & the planet, by bringing health back to nature & nature back to health!

DO YOU USE PLASTIC?

We now use glass jars for most of our products! If & when we might need to use plastic packaging, we do our best to make sure it is cosmetic or food grade, and recycled &/or recyclable.

We encourage our customers to re-purpose / re-use jars when possible!

WHAT ABOUT MELTING? 

Occasionally some of our products may melt or deflate in transit due to high temperatures... It is rare, but when it happens, it is due to the fact that we use ONLY pure, non-toxic ingredients and refuse to compromise with toxic, emulsifying thickeners & fillers that hold skincare together in heat.

We do what we can to package everything in a way that will prevent melting. However, IF melting happens, it DOES NOT affect the quality of the product.


If the season is hot when you order, consider putting product in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes before opening. Some things (like lip balm) will solidify right back up & be ready to use immediately.

Other products (like body butter, skin scrub, or toothpaste) may need to be stirred or whipped back up before using.  The texture may be different, but this does not take away from its effectiveness.

If your product deflates, it will look as if there is less in the container, but there's not. Deflation happens when it melts, because whipping creates tiny air bubbles that give volume & make the product soft & fluffy.

You may choose to whip it back up to make it fluffy again, or leave it as is, in thicker "balm" consistency. It's up to you.

If the season is cold when you order, let your product sit in a warmer room temperature area to soften up a bit, before using. Don't let it get too warm though. You don't want it to melt.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We do our best to get shipments out within a couple of days, whenever possible. This does not include some items (like our cheesecloth face masks), that are in high demand, made to order, & not normally stocked. For this reason, once your order is submitted we do not accept any cancellations or changes.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, for health & hygiene reasons, our products can't be re-stocked or re-sold when returned. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are very confident that you will love our products. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, other than melted/frozen products, or damage that happens during shipping (see Shipping Policy below), please let us know... We will work with you. We want our customers to have a positive experience.

We are not responsible for & do not compensate for adverse reactions to any ingredients/products. Our ingredients are all listed on the website, as well as on product labels/packaging/inserts. If you are sensitive to any ingredients listed, please do not use the product. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions, please talk with your health care provider before purchasing.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We do not have control over transit time once an order leaves our facility. However, we work hard to have orders shipped within 1-2 days. Rarely, it may take up to 7 days for an order to be shipped.

Some products, such as our breathable face masks (and other high demand & made-to-order items) may take up to 2 weeks.

You may check your confirmation email for a tracking number, and if your particular shipping method includes a tracking number, you'll be able to keep an eye on its location from our facility until it arrives at your door (or other specified location).

We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase the optional (and affordable) "Guide Shipping Protection." This ensures, that if your product is broken/damaged from shipping, it will be replaced, and there are instructions in your order to do so... If you do NOT purchase this protection, please contact the shipping service used to ship your item(s) ie; USPS, UPS, etc., for compensation options. Products are in pristine condition & packaged securely, when they leave our facility. So any damage that occurs would be due to shipping, not us.

PLEASE NOTE:

While many of our clients have reported improved conditions in the health of their skin, hair, & otherwise, we make NO claims of this being due to using our products.

Often times when people switch from toxic/chemical laden products, to pure, earth-based & non-toxic products... health automatically improves.

And while we are aware that the ingredients we use, have been deemed as possessing healthful qualities & benefits, we make no such health claims about our products.

They are for cosmetic use only, & may result in "appearances" of change or improvement, but we do not in any way claim actual structural change or healing. Please see the disclaimer below:
