ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?


While our products are not officially certified organic, we do purchase our ingredients from a variety of certified organic, non-GMO, sustainable, & humane suppliers locally, & from around the world.

We also purchase from small, family owned companies, whenever possible. There are loose standards in the U.S., when it comes to "organic" products, so we have chosen to go beyond that standard & worry more about where we source from, ingredient purity, & how we make our products, than whether or not they're certified by the U.S. government's standards - that don't always meet OUR high quality of standards.

We are VERY picky about choosing pure ingredients, that are not only earth friendly, but people friendly as well. Our mission is to help heal the people & the planet, by bringing health back to nature & nature back to health!

DO YOU USE PLASTIC?

In some cases we use RPET, a recycled PET plastic material, which is also recyclable after use. We are in the process of switching to glass, metal, & other more eco-friendly options as much as possible.

However, we also believe that when plastics are used, they can be eco-friendly, when they are refilled or recycled after use.

One of our goals is to create refill packages for many of our products in the future as well. We're excited about the shifts we're making & hope you are too!

WHAT ABOUT MELTING? 

Occasionally some of our non-wax-based products may melt or deflate in transit due to high temperatures... It is rare, but when it happens, it is due to the fact that we use ONLY pure, non-toxic ingredients and refuse to compromise with toxic emulsifying thickeners & fillers that hold skincare together in heat.

We do what we can to package everything in a way that will prevent melting. However, IF melting happens, it DOES NOT affect the quality of the product. Please see instruction pages for what to do if melting (or hardening) occurs due to weather conditions.

We are not responsible for what happens to products after they leave our shipping station, because the conditions they're exposed to after they leave, are out of our control.

If the season is hot when you order, consider putting product in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes before opening. Some things (like lip balm) will solidify right back up & be ready to use immediately. Other products (like body butter, skin scrub, or toothpaste) may need to be stirred or whipped back up before using. 

If your product deflates, it will look as if there is less in the container, but there's not. Deflation happens when it melts, because whipping creates tiny air bubbles that give volume & make the product soft & fluffy.

You may choose to whip it back up to make it fluffy again, or leave it as is, in thicker "balm" consistency. It's up to you.

All products that leave our facility are in pristine condition up until the time the shipping carrier takes them from us. Please remember, we cannot be held responsible for melting or damage in transit, or after delivery.

IF your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact the postal/shipping carrier for compensation. We do not accept returns for damage or melting after products are shipped out of our facility. If it is clear that your product was damaged by our manufacturing, please email us (merakibynatureinfo@gmail.com) or message us on Facebook or Instagram, along with a description of the damage & multiple angled photos of the damage, and we will work with you on an exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

NO RETURNS ON FABRIC FACE MASKS, DUE TO HEALTH RISKS.

As long as your product is not being returned due to melting or damage incurred during shipping, you may return your product with prior authorization, IF it is unopened & in new condition.

Please remember, products are in pristine condition when they leave our facility. If they're damaged from shipping, please contact the shipping carrier who delivered your package.

If you don't like the scent, taste, or results of your product, please contact us, and we will either exchange it for you, or refund you upon return-approval.

Your product purchase will need to be returned to us (return shipping is your responsibility), and then we will send out your replacement product, once we have received your return.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we are not happy either. Please let us know, if you are not satisfied, & we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our product ingredients may change or vary from time to time - sometimes even before the website listing is updated. It is your responsibility to read the container label for the most updated ingredient & usage information. Please do this before using your product, when it arrives. This will help prevent allergic, sensitivity, or contra-indicative reactions, which we cannot be held responsible for.

While many of our clients have reported improved conditions in the health of their skin, hair, & otherwise, we make NO claims of this being due to using our products. Often times when people switch from toxic/chemical laden products, to pure, earth-based & non-toxic products... health automatically improves. And while we are aware that the ingredients we use, have been deemed as possessing healthful qualities & benefits, we make no such health claims about our products. They are for cosmetic use only, & may result in "appearances" of change or improvement, but we do not in any way claim actual structural change or healing. Please see the disclaimer below:
